Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic was founded in 1895 by D. D. Palmer; however, the origins of chiropractic can be traced back thousands of years to the Greek and Asian cultures.  Chiropractic is a safe, gentle, non-invasive natural health care performed by a Doctor of Chiropractic that focuses on the detection and correction of vertebral subluxations.

Vertebral subluxations are misalignments of the spine that cause an interruption of nerve flow and can eventually lead to pain, disability, disease and overall decrease in the quality of life.  The removal of that interference through the chiropractic adjustment has been shown to have significant, lasting health benefits restoring nervous system function.

One common misconception about chiropractic care is that it is limited to the temporary relief of muscle or joint pain.  Often the causes of physical pain lie deeper and must be explored.  Doctors of Chiropractic are primary health care providers and are an effective source for preventative and wellness care.
