I came to Vitality during the Pandemic. I was working on losing weight and working out in the gym. I had read that Chiropractic care can help aid weight loss, muscle recovery, and help keep your body aligned when incorporating heavy weight lifting.

Initially I was nervous. I had never had an adjustment and to be honest was super self-conscious about my body. I worried if they would even be able to help someone of my size. I had a lot of pain in my lower back and I had a hard time doing a lot of simple tasks. After a couple adjustments, I had more mobility than I had had in years. My nervousness about the process melted away.

Dr. Kris (and Pam) are truly amazing people and made me feel welcome every time I walked through the door. During my journey, I have lost almost 200 pounds and a good chunk of that has been during my time with Dr. Kris. She is amazing at “listening to your body” and making adjustments that you did not even realize you needed. Each time I walk to my car after an appointment, I always feel light and loose. I have been thriving and becoming more and more capable in the gym and in my everyday life. She truly has a passion for her career and her patients. We have created a bond that I have never had with any medical professional. She truly cares and supports me and it means the world. I am forever grateful.

What was your main health challenge before you received chiropractic care?
I fainted and suffered a bad concussion. I was experiencing body aches, headaches, dizziness, blurry vision, bothered by light, feeling foggy and having concentration problems. The fall took place on May 24,2022. I started working with Dr. Kris on June 17, 2022.

How did this health challenge affect your life and activity level?
I was unable to drive, work or exercise. Bright lights bothered me so I couldn’t be on my computer, phone or watch tv. I also had trouble writing as my words would be mixed up.

What are three benefits you have experienced as a result of your care at Vitality Chiropractic?
Chiropractic care has enhanced my whole body and life from the inside out. Physically: More energy, increased physical activity. Pain has reduced. Improved digestion. Increased bodily awareness. Better sleep. Mentally: Mental clarity. better mood, reduced stress. My relationships and communication have also improved.

I feel an overall improvement in my quality of life including less neck and back pain. I’m learning to take charge of my own wellbeing. Regular adjustments have helped keep me well and even change my perspective into more positive ones.

I have been seeing Dr. Kris for well over 10 years! She came highly recommended when I first experienced acute wrist pain and had difficulty lifting simple serving platters, picking up my small pups, playing tennis and working on my computer.

Dr. Kris is an amazing chiropractor and I feel truly blessed to be in her care. She is a conscientious listener and provides the utmost care and concern on every one of my visits. Dr. Kris adapts her adjustments to the concerns I share and incorporates her array of tools and techniques to restore my body. I walk out her office with a renewed sense of wellness.

When I had a knee injury, she ordered x-rays and for me and kept constant track of my progress as I recovered from meniscus surgery. She provided valuable insight, tips, resources, and encouragement as I healed. Dr. Kris embodies such a positive overall healthful attitude and constantly strives to educate her patients.

My husband now goes to Dr. Kris regularly, too. Alex initially saw her for shoulder and back pain (he’s a recreational golfer). Dr. Kris has always been able to resolve his pain and provides home exercises for him to maintain between visits. Alex describes Dr. Kris as more than a chiropractic doctor. He says, “She is a doctor of making people feel good in mind, body, and spirit who takes a holistic approach to healing.”

Dr. Kris’ assistant, Pam, is a great asset to the office and does a fabulous job fitting us both in with such busy schedules. We simply can’t say enough about Dr. Kris and her wonderful practice!

This month we are highlighting two patients that have been with Vitality since its inception. Jessy and Lisa have been coming in for their regular wellness visits consistently for years. We truly admire their dedication to their health and well-being. It has been our honor and privilege to work with Jessy and Lisa of Belladia Marketing and Design over the years! Jessy and Lisa have assisted Vitality Chiropractic with all our marketing projects and website and we are eternally grateful for their knowledge and expertise.

-Dr. Kris and Pam

Dr. Kris is magic. She is our not-so-secret secret weapon to staying healthy, flexible, and sane. From the moment we met her, we adored her…how could you not? Dr. Kris has that special something that instantly makes you feel at ease—confident that you have made the right choice for yourself. The trust, respect, and admiration we have for her is endless. For 12 years, at least bi-weekly if not more, she has helped us heal acute injuries, soothe our nervous systems with NET, and stay healthy through bouts of colds, flu, and burnout. We’ve referred all of our friends and we preach to anyone who will listen about our consistent results. Dr. Kris is a healer at her core. It’s beautiful to see someone do what they are meant to do. You see it on her patients’ faces and you feel it in your bones—Dr. Kris is a master of caring and we are so lucky to have found her.

And, thank goodness for Pam. Through countless schedule upheavals and emergency appointments, Pam is somehow always smiling. She’s such a warm presence that we have a hard time leaving. You’ll often find us chit-chatting away—unable to leave Vitality’s cozy embrace—even while poor Pam tries to manage her day.

We love you both so much!

The Dr. Kris Experience

I came to see Dr. Kris because of neck and back pain that developed from sitting for hours working at a computer. It started with pain in my lower back and neck which in turn affected my sleep. I saw that the lack of proper sleep and pain impacted my personal and professional activities like decision-making, reasoning, alertness, and reaction time. I found that I was less inclined to do fun things even after work hours.

It was clear from my first appointment that Dr. Kris is a highly skilled provider but equally important she really does care as demonstrated by her compassion and active listening. After my visits, I have a strong sense of well-being that was demonstrated in more flexibility, pain relief, quality of sleep, boosted immune system, improved circulation, and Dr. Kris’ healthy lifestyle suggestions. I carry Dr. Kris’ business cards in case I meet someone who is in need.

Pam, the office manager, rounds out this positive health experience by keeping everything on track and is always a conveyor of good cheer.

Vitality Chiropractic does change one’s capacity to heal while promoting full-body wellness.

Chiropractic found me when I needed it the most, but realizing that it was my future career and passion happened much later and took a little bit of lightning. This is my story.

Fifteen years ago, I was fifteen years old and my world revolved around playing sports. I am not kidding; volleyball, softball, swimming, basketball…you name it, I played it.  I was one of those mega kid athletes that played on year-round travel teams with daily practices and weekend tournaments all over California. It was never dull; it was a lot of fun and understandably a substantial amount of work. Eventually, the repetitive stress being put on my growing body caught up with me. I was only fifteen years old and in constant pain. It was hard to focus in school and I was so uncomfortable in my own skin. I remember being in class and squirming in my seat, stretching, twisting, trying to get some sort of relief. I felt foggy-headed and disconnected from the world moving around me. I was not myself, not in the slightest. Throughout the next year, I visited physical therapists, athletic trainers, acupuncturists, cryotherapy chambers and tried anything and everything that was recommended. Nope, nothing worked. I had some temporary relief, and I definitely learned some great stretching routines but ultimately, I felt the same. It wasn’t until my sister told me I should visit a chiropractor, and not just any chiropractor; Dr. Kris Brew at Vitality Chiropractic.

My first visit showed severe findings in the Autonomic and Motor Nervous System scans, right short leg, hyperlordosis, SI, T/L, and C/T fixations, my upper cervicals were painful and not moving, and much much more. I was SUBLUXATED, I was a mess. Long story short, after 3 months of regular care with Dr. Brew I was officially categorized as a patient of wellness and was asymptomatic. My body responded so well that in only three months I was holding most of my adjustments and I was back to optimal function. Many years have passed, and I have not forgotten my first adjustment. I left that office seeing colors brighter, hearing more clearly, my reaction time was faster, my brain fog was gone, my pain was subsided, and I felt euphoric.

Dr. Sophia Grandstaff

So, with that in mind, it probably would seem obvious to me that I should become a chiropractor, right…nope, that realization happened many years later. It struck me while sitting in a class at San Diego State University working on my Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, and planning on becoming a physical therapist (I know, what!?). Class was about to begin when I overheard a conversation happening behind me. Two guys were discussing their future career path when one said “No, I am going to be a physical therapist not a Chiropractor, Chiropractic is a pseudoscience.” Something happened to me in that moment. My friend who was sitting next to me describes it best, but what it felt like was a mixture of blacking out and seeing red. My blood felt like it was boiling, and what happened next changed my life. I casually turned around and asked him why he thought that, and listened to his very bleak and unsupported answer. I calmly told him that no matter what profession he chooses the goal is to make someone feel better so that they can live their life the way they want to. To disrespect another profession that ultimately provides care to others is not only very ignorant but sad. There is so much that you don’t know about the human body, that we don’t have the right to label and bash another profession until we either experience it, or learn all there is to it. We need to work together in these professions, not for our own egos but for our patients.

I turned back around, but I couldn’t listen to one word of that lecture. It felt like I was struck on the top of the head by a huge lightning bolt, I was paralyzed with emotion. I realized in that moment that I was so fired up about defending chiropractic to a stranger who clearly didn’t understand what it was and how it could impact a person’s life. That was the passion I had been searching for, and though I didn’t know detailed chiropractic intricacies at the time as I do now, I knew its worth. I left that class knowing I was going to be a chiropractor. I will spend the rest of my life gaining knowledge about the incredibly robust science, art and philosophy of chiropractic, and I will educate as many people as I can along the way. As I said before, Chiropractic found me, and I am so thankful that it did.

I was referred to Dr. Kris for my injured “mommy” wrist after having twin boys. Little did I know that seeing her for my wrist would turn into chiropractic care for my whole family. My twin pregnancy took a toll on my body, and I was blown away by how much better I felt once I started getting adjusted. I even convinced my husband to start seeing her for his aches and pains.

My son was experiencing issues sleeping at night, so we brought him to see Dr. Kris and noticed an improvement in his sleep almost immediately. Both boys see Dr. Kris every six months for their wellness adjustments. We honestly can’t say enough great things about her and how she’s helped improve all our lives.

I have recommended Dr. Kris to my mom, sister, brother-in-law, and close friends. They all agree that she is the BEST! Our family has benefited tremendously with the care that Dr. Kris provides, and we couldn’t be more pleased.

About two years ago I experienced a rare and severe neurological side effect to a series of antibiotics that I took for a sinus infection. Overnight, my nervous system was in overdrive with continuous panic attacks, anxiety, and joint inflammation.

With some help, I was able to get my nervous system calmed down. BUT the nervous system is so intricate and a few months later another symptom appeared – frozen shoulder. Now, if you haven’t had frozen shoulder, the name makes it sound kind of mild, but it was anything but that. After an MRI and consultations with orthopedic doctors, I came to find out that there is no known cause for this severe pain that can last for anywhere from 1-5 years.

I was talking with a family friend who talked so highly of his chiropractor because she had healed his many years-long back pain. Consistent with all these stories you’ve seen before mine, finding Dr. Brew and Vitality Chiropractic changed my life. She looks beyond the symptoms and targets the root cause, getting your body in alignment so that your nervous system can calm down and your body heal. After the first shoulder adjustment I had about 85% improved mobility in my shoulder. I mean, it was so significant that I kept showing my family – like “oh my gosh, look!”

Even after my series treatment for my frozen shoulder, I’ve continued to go every other week to keep my body aligned and I feel GOOD! I feel like my body has the tools it needs to take on whatever gets thrown at it, but the funny thing is – it rarely happens now. I don’t really get sick, I hardly have any shoulder pain anymore, and my body has stayed in the best alignment it has ever been. She’s got so much knowledge and expertise that she’s been able to help me with things from craniosacral adjustments and acid reflux. I look forward to every appointment I have. Both Dr. Brew and Pam make my heart happy every time I see them.

What was your main health challenge before you received chiropractic care?

My first few jobs were hard on my body. I worked as a landscape laborer digging holes and moving large quantities of dirt manually, and then later as a fireplace installer, where often I had to move, by myself, cast iron stoves that were 300+ lbs. During that same time, I decided it would be good to also immerse myself in CrossFit, where I paid little attention to my form and would lift more weight than I could take on while keeping proper form. Fast forward a few years, and I found myself in Dr. Kris’ office because of persistent lower back due to a car accident where my vehicle was t-boned and totaled. I also had (and still have) a desk job that required long hours sitting down in front of a screen, and many of my issues were worsened by prolonged periods of sitting without moving or stretching.

How did this health challenge affect your life and activity level?

After my accident, I had to limit my physical activity drastically. Some things were good for me, such as not lifting as much weight as I used to. Others were not so good, like less motivation to exercise because of the pain and discomfort in my joints and back when I did try to move around. Having been physically active for a good part of my life, the lack of physical activity directly impacted my mood and mental health. In hindsight, I recognize now that I fell into depression shortly after my accident.

What are three benefits you have experienced as a result of your care at Vitality Chiropractic?

When I first met Dr. Kris and Pam, I was unaware of how my body felt and often ignored the signals it gave me to slow down or stop. I came from a household that taught me to “suck things up” and to truck on. So, though I had heard of the benefits one could derive from chiropractic care, I was skeptical. I would describe this period of time as one where my journey to better myself started. Over the first few weeks, Dr. Kris’ regular adjustments started to create this feeling of “betterness” that is hard to describe. I was able to move around without as much discomfort as I had before. I started to become more aware of what my body was telling me and started to be better at listening to it. I have also started putting time, money, and energy into the betterment of my body. I started to see the value in getting a good bed and buying good shoes with good support (I want to do a shout out to Dr. Kris and Pam for turning me onto the foot levelers. I LOVE them). I’m also more aware of my energy (P.s., I would have never said something like this a few years back) and intensity. I think it helped me to be around someone who has such calm and good energy. Being more aware of my energy & well-being has helped me be increasingly selective about the things I chose to add to my plate, personally and professionally.

If you were to recommend Vitality Chiropractic to your friends or family, what would you say?

I always find myself needing to be careful about what I say for fear of sounding like a fanatic. I would say it’s a must. And that everyone needs a Dr. Kris and Pam in their life.

Do you have any additional comments you would like to share about the care you have received from Dr. Kris?

My care with Dr. Kris was the seed and catalyst for my desire to be kinder to my body. Looking back, it has been a long but incredibly positive journey for me. I can honestly say that my life would not be the same had I not wandered into your office a couple of years back. I came in looking for chiropractic care and have come out with a lot more than that.

Featured Patient: The Rouston Family

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Kris for over nine years. I began taking one of my daughters to Dr. Kris when she was 8 years old because of knee pain. I noticed the patience and the detailed care Dr. Kris gave on every appointment. I soon decided to bring my whole family in for care, so now my 3 daughters and I all receive chiropractic care from Dr. Kris regularly.

The Rouston Family

I have learned so much from her, with the most important thing being to listen to my own body. She not only treats the body; she also treats the mind. I say this because she is a great listener and always takes the time to listen to what is going on with our bodies and our lives. My oldest is now away at college but she still sees Dr. Kris when she is in town visiting.

When I asked my daughters about chiropractic care with Dr Kris, they said, “We’ve been getting adjusted for so long, we don’t remember what it’s like not going. We always feel way better after getting adjusted. Our bodies and minds are relaxed.”

I continue to see Dr. Kris for chiropractic care for three reasons. First, I could not do what I love, gardening, if my body doesn’t get adjusted. Secondly, we don’t get sick as often as we used to prior to getting regular chiropractic care and lastly, my knees and arms stay strong with the adjustments. Furthermore, Pam is also very welcoming and always greets us with a smile and positive attitude. Overall, going to Dr. Kris always feels like we are visiting great friends and not the doctor which is also why we continue going.

Featured Patient: Reya T.

Reya started going to Dr. Kris when she was about 10 weeks old. She had a tongue-tie procedure that wasn’t performed properly at about 2 weeks old, and then another at 8 weeks. She was recommended to get cranial sacral therapy for aiding healing and breastfeeding at that time. I emailed Dr. Kris’s office with lots of questions and when Dr. Kris had time, she called me back and answered every single one of them.

Dr. Kris helped to heal her tongue–tie issues and Reya went on to breastfeed for almost two years. Reya continues to see her monthly (now 5 ½ years old) to help with her food and environmental sensitivities, as well as, overall health and wellness. Reya has no growing pains, sleeps well and rarely gets sick. When Reya gets adjustments after vaccines, she tends to have less side effects and clears them from her system better. Dr. Kris has suggested other alternative medicine doctors that have become staples in our care for her as well.

Reya’s favorite part about seeing Dr. Kris is the head massages she gives and their mutual love for Wonder Woman.

Despite having minor back problems and anxieties, I was suffering mostly from post-Covid-19 symptoms. These included distorted smells and tastes of practically EVERYTHING. My mind, body, and spirit were in complete despair for the 3 months after I recovered from Covid-19.  Because of these distorted smells and tastes, I was struggling to eat the bare minimum of what my body needed. I lost nearly 17 pounds in a matter of a month, was having a hard time managing stress, and was overcome with fatigue. I was simply withering away.   After speaking with numerous traditional western doctors, hours of research, and receiving little to no information (to no-one’s fault), I decided to exhaust all avenues and find a practitioner who approaches the body, and its problems, as an integrated whole instead of focusing on a single symptom. I had heard WONDERFUL things about Dr. Kris and her approach to healing the body, and knew I had to explore this practice.

Since beginning my 12-week healing journey with Dr. Kris, I am now not only enjoy indulging in food and drink, but can properly fuel my body and allow it to continuously support me throughout life.  I have found many other aspects of my life being positively affected after seeing Dr. Kris. I feel much more in tune, open, and overall comfortable in my body and mind. Her incorporation of NET with bodily adjustments immensely aided in healing, not only my physical body, but my mental health as well. We worked through traumas and she coached me through practices that allow new neural pathways to be formed in order to promote healing.

Nothing but incredible things have come out of my experience with Dr. Kris. She has a vast knowledge of the human body and approaches it with a perfect balance of eastern and western ideals. Immediately after walking into the office, I knew I was on the right path. With the most amazingly wonderful and passionate Pam at the front desk and the magical Dr. Kris in the “healing” rooms, as I like to call it, you know you’ll be that much closer to a healthier self.

Vitality… the meaning is capacity for survival or for the continuation of a meaningful or purposeful existence. I started my journey to change my life over a year ago when I weighed over 350 lbs. I had decided to do something to improve my health.

The first step was to take my health to a manageable level. I underwent gastric bypass surgery, started eating properly, included exercise and a lot of dedication. I’m not going to say that it has been easy, however, I found that I needed to change not only my daily habits but also my mindset.

Time showed me that through this process something was missing. So, I started to search for what I needed to integrate and the answer came in a painful reality. I was pushing my body and felt a sharp pain in my mid to lower back and was desperately looking for care. I asked around for some recommendations and one came from a familiar person, a friend that I have known for over twenty years and she recommended that I see her chiropractor. I wasn’t sold 100% on the idea, so I started doing research on the benefits of chiropractic but I saw it as just a single and quick solution.

I went to visit Dr. Brew and as soon as I walked in Pam greeted me and just gave me an instant feeling that this is what I wanted. She made me feel welcomed as if we had known each other for a long time. I then had the opportunity to talk to Dr. Brew and that sealed the deal as there was an instant connection. She was simply amazing and explained to me her process and method of care. I can say that she completed the missing piece that I was looking for and has provided me with a balance that my soul, mind and body needed to help me on my journey. And if that wasn’t enough, she always slaps me with extra positivity and sends me on my way with a well-rested and balanced soul.

Thanks for all that you do.

Hello Vitality Chiropractic patients! My name is Nikki and I have been a patient with Vitality Chiropractic (V.C.) since 2017. I would first like to give a big THANK YOU to Dr. Kris & Pam for selecting me as patient of the month!! I feel very honored and appreciative to have been chosen.

Prior to chiropractic care with V.C., I had been receiving semi-regular care from other chiropractors since I was 18. However, none of them ever really felt like home and once again I was on the hunt for a new chiropractor.

I had been working out with the wonderful Eva Wennes (you should all give her a call! Truly a great Pilates instructor) and Eva mentioned she knew of a fantastic chiropractor that I should try. It was not until I had hurt my neck on vacation that I had finally decided to make an appointment with Dr. Kris.

I was in so much pain and could hardly turn my head/neck causing the simplest things to be challenging; like lifting my head from a pillow (I am not kidding it was that bad)! After my initial visit, Dr. Kris and I created a game plan to get myself back to 100%. It consisted of weekly treatments and homework assignments (stretching for instance because motion is lotion for the body)!

As a result of the care at V.C. (and three years of consistent care), I can go on my crazy adventure vacations (cliff jumping for instance) without fear of my neck going out on me. As well as, more flexibility and movement in other parts of my body that I had not even known had not been working at full capacity. Another benefit I have experienced is higher energy levels. After an adjustment, I honestly feel like I could run a marathon (ok not a marathon but definitely a brisk jog – I don’t like running that much, ha-ha).

There is no doubt that I would recommend V.C. to friends and family because Dr. Kris is a miracle worker. I also know that the miracle happens even faster when self-love is given and that is exactly what chiropractic care with V.C. is… self-love.

Vitality Chiropractic has truly made it possible for me to live my best life. Dr. Kris has so many resources that can help with many situations you may be experiencing too, and I genuinely recommend Vitality Chiropractic to everyone.

Have a blessed day!

From Paula

I came to Dr. Kris bemoaning an overall need for a “tune-up,” especially in regards to my lower back. It was painful to the point of inhibiting my ability to do the activities I enjoy. My back has been the weak spot in my body throughout my life. Through Dr. Kris’s attention and expert adjustments my muscles, joints, and all parts of my body have relaxed into and smoothed into better working relationship with each other.

My overall feeling of well-being has increased with the care and attention to all the diverse parts of my body, especially my back. Having regular adjustments has allowed me to stay physically active by increasing my health and physical vigor in many respects: flexibility, range of motion, and immune system. Being attended to consistently by Dr. Kris has also increased my self esteem and over all sense of delight in life.

Dr. Kris is an accomplished and knowledgeable professional of the highest quality. She has a holistic approach to treating the overall body, mind and spirit of her patients. She is also incredibly approachable and caring about each individual.

I’ve been to several chiropractors over the many decades of life and different places I’ve lived, and have benefited greatly from their care. Dr. Kris, however, is by far the one who I trust implicitly with my whole body. She is continually educating herself – and her patients. She is community minded as well, bringing her holistic approach to all of life. I find a session with Dr. Kris stimulating and healing in many ways.

From Ross

I have been a reluctant host of Parkinson’s Disease for over a decade.  The reality is that this disease is highly unlikely to vanish from my life of its own volition. From the beginning my approach has been to search for, research, evaluate and make full use of the modalities I find.

Every practitioner I have worked with has helped me.  Dr. Kris ranks at the very top of the list. From the first appointment I knew I had found a dedicated, intuitive, resourceful, loving, highly intelligent purveyor  of the healing arts.  She has an ability to understand and respond to my shifting symptoms with compassion and encouragement. And if there are issues beyond her field of expertise, she researches options and when needed, refers me to one of many colleagues.

Not only has the progression of my various symptoms slowed down but some have abated. It is a relief to know I am in such capable hands.

In my case scoliosis has been a recurring issue.  It compromised my mobility and caused me significant pain.  That, in turn, limited my walking and contributed to my general instability.  Dr. Kris’s adjustments have alleviated my concerns as well as many of my symptoms.

Her direct, creative, caring, competent manner will be a great value to anyone seeking chiropractic care.

What was your main health challenge before you received chiropractic care?
I started chiropractic care at age 15 after overusing my back in a yard clean-up project. My brother and I were cleaning up tree trimmings my mother had cut, and I hurt all up and down my back and neck. So did my mother and she was nice enough to take me with her when she went to see a chiropractor. That started my life-long love of chiropractic care.

How did this health challenge affect your life and activity level?
I could hardly move and was in constant pain, but after several adjustments, the chiropractor got me moving again. Now I come in to see Dr. Kris whenever I feel out-of-sorts physically and she puts me back together!

What are the three benefits you have experienced as a result of your care at Vitality Chiropractic?

  • Relief from pain
  • Improved movement
  • Better health (physical and mental with NET work Dr. Kris also does)

If you were to recommend Vitality Chiropractic to your friends or family, what would you say?
I would tell them they will feel like they are visiting family and friends with the added benefit of better health and movement.

Do you have any additional comments you would like to share about the care you have received from Dr. Kris?

  1. Adjustments help reduce my pain
  2. Adjustments make my tight muscles feel looser
  3. Getting adjusted increases my immune system, makes me have more energy, and I feel like I can breathe better!
If you were to recommend Vitality Chiropractic to your friends or family, what would you say?
I have been a patient of Vitality Chiropractic with Dr. Kris for more than a decade and I must say, Dr. Kris is an incredible chiropractor. She can do wonders! Deciding to start chiropractic care was one of the best and healthiest decisions I have ever made. It is worth it! Thank you Dr. Kris for adjusting me every month!

If you are looking for a great adjustment and overall wellness, come and see Dr. Kris! Call and make an appointment with her friendly and funny office manager, Pam.

Do you have any additional comments you would like to share about the care you have received from Dr. Kris?
Dr. Kris knows the nature of my work. She makes sure she adjusts every part of my body that is impacted by the type of work I do. I also appreciate that Vitality Chiropractic is involved in the community by donating several times a year with basketball, soccer, and backpack drives for South Bay Community Services.
